Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

3rrgame.in.net ("we", "us", "this site") is an independent affiliate website that publishes guides, game listings and download information relating to the 3RR Game app for visitors in India.

We are not the operator of any real-money gaming service. We do not run games, accept wagers, process deposits or withdrawals, hold player funds, or maintain player accounts. When you follow a download or "Play Now" link from this site you leave 3rrgame.in.net and enter a separate platform run by a different company, with its own privacy policy and its own terms. Nothing in this document governs what that platform does with your information.

2. The short version

If you read nothing else, read this. It is accurate, not a simplification that hides something below.

• This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no login, no database and no server-side form processing.
• We do not ask for, receive or store your name, phone number, payment details or gaming account information.
• The only data stored on your device by us is a single preference flag remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice.
• The contact form opens your own email application. Nothing is transmitted to a server we control.
• Outbound links to the partner platform and to Telegram take you to third parties with their own policies.
• This site is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from minors.

3. What we collect — and what we do not

Information you give us voluntarily

The only way to send us information through this website is the contact form, and it works differently from most forms you will have used. Pressing send does not transmit anything to us; it opens your own email client with the fields already filled in. You then choose whether to send that email. If you do, we receive it exactly as we would receive any other email: your name, your email address, your chosen topic and your message.

We use that information solely to answer you, and to keep a record of the exchange in case you write again about the same issue. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, ours is served by a web host that keeps standard server logs. These typically record IP address, browser type, the page requested and a timestamp. What we never collect

4. Cookies and local storage

This value never leaves your device and is not readable by any other website. You can remove it at any time by clearing site data for 3rrgame.in.net in your browser settings; the notice will simply appear again on your next visit.

Blocking local storage entirely will not break the site. The notice will show on each visit, which is mildly annoying and nothing more.

5. Analytics

Where analytics are used, we configure them to measure pages and behaviour in aggregate — which guides people read, where they arrive from, which pages fail to load — rather than to identify individuals. We do not use analytics data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

If you would rather not be measured at all, browser-level tracking protection and privacy-focused browsers block this kind of measurement effectively, and the site works exactly the same with it blocked.

6. Outbound links and the partner platform

Every "Download Now", "Play Now" and "Claim Bonus" button on this site is an affiliate link to our partner platform. When you click one, you leave this website. The partner may record that you arrived through us — that is how affiliate attribution works and how we are paid — and from that point onwards your data is handled under their privacy policy, not ours.

We have no access to your account on that platform. We cannot see your balance, your play history, your personal details or your documents. We cannot unlock an account, release a withdrawal or reset a password, no matter how much we might like to help.

Before you register anywhere, read that platform's own privacy policy and terms. We would say the same about any site, including this one.

7. Telegram channels

We operate two Telegram destinations: a support desk for help and issues, and a community channel for news and promotions. Telegram is a third-party service. Joining either means Telegram processes your data under its own privacy policy, and other members may see your public Telegram profile depending on your settings.

When you message our support desk we see whatever your Telegram profile exposes plus the content of your message. We use it to answer you and nothing else. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, payment details or identity documents through Telegram — to us or to anyone else claiming to represent the app.

8. Age restriction

This website and everything it links to is intended strictly for adults aged 18 years and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our content is not designed, worded or promoted to appeal to minors.

If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it immediately. Parents and guardians: device-level parental controls and content filters are effective at blocking this category of site, and we would encourage you to use them.

9. How long we keep things

Email correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for support continuity, and then deleted. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider under its standard schedule, typically a short rolling window. The consent flag in your browser stays until you clear your browser data.

Because we hold no accounts and run no database, there is no long-term store of visitor information on this site to retain in the first place.

10. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and comparable frameworks elsewhere, you have rights over personal data held about you. In practice, applied to this site, that means:

• Access — ask what correspondence of yours we hold.
• Correction — ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your correspondence. We will, unless we are required to keep it.
• Withdraw consent — clear the consent flag from your browser at any time.
• Grievance — raise a complaint with us and, if unresolved, with the relevant authority.

Send any request through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period. Please note again: requests about your gaming account must go to the operator through the in-app 24/7 chat, because that data has never been ours to access.

11. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, holds no personal data on the server, and runs no database that could be breached. That is a deliberate architectural choice: the most reliable way to protect visitor data is not to collect it.

Email correspondence is protected by the standard security of the mail provider handling it. No transmission over the internet is ever perfectly secure, so please use judgement about what you send in any message — never credentials, never payment details.

12. Third-party services

13. International transfers

Our hosting and email infrastructure may process data on servers located outside India. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply recognised safeguards for international transfers. Given how little data this site handles, the practical exposure here is limited to correspondence you choose to send us.

14. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the site changes or when the law does. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on the homepage and posted to our Telegram news channel.

Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy. If you do not, please stop using the site — that is a genuine option and we will not attempt to make it difficult.
